Ethos: I have a cultural understanding when dealing with vulnerable clients where English is not their first language as I emigrated to the UK myself. Family cases involve heightened emotions and require both compassion and empathy and that is the way I deal with all my clients. I tailor my approach to each and every client depending on the complexity of their matter and their needs in such challenging circumstances.
